frame, paper, craft paint, mod podge, paint brush,

brayer (or credit card- for smoothing out any bumps)

Optional: rub-ons, stickers, ribbons, vinyl letters, flowers, glitter, etc.

 

To get started sand off any rough spots on the frame.

Cut out the spot for the picture with your paper. (turning the frame upside down helps)

Paint around all the edges of the frame so the original color of the wood won't show.

Glue down your paper with Mod Podge.

Make sure all the bubbles are out.

Now add Mod Podge the top of the paper.

Finish by adding any ribbons, flowers, glitter or accessories you'd like!
